Here’s the deal. I can’t remember my password for the old Twitter account. Nor does it seem to be mapped to any email address known to me. So I’ve changed it to TuesdayLB going forward.
However, as of this writing, Twitter appears to be having itself a little hissy fit. So if you can’t see the account right now, try again later.
After they get their ish together, I’ll setup one of those fancy Wordpress-To-Twitter plugin dealies.
It’s only May for frak’s sake. At least OTAs are underway in the NFL. Which means we’re getting ever so close to the start of… training camp. At least the NBA and NHL playoffs are over alr- what… really? how far are they… oh really. Anyway, the end of the off-season is much nearer that it was the last time we met. Large men in plastic armor will soon stride grassy fields and do battle for our entertainment. I, for one, can’t wait. (more…)
The NFL Draft is tomorrow. College spring games are wrapping up. The Redskins will open the training camp “season” on July 20th. Football will soon be upon us dear readers. So I thought I’d check in again with some of the mid-off-season news I have come across. Starting with my opinion of how the Bucs should approach the draft. (more…)
Outside of the recent news from the Buccaneers, the TALB football world has been mainly quiet. Too quiet, as they say. Which is disappointing. I mean, on the one hand it’s good not to have to write about a Gator player who ran afoul of the local constabulary. But then again, what’s the off-season without some spice. Unless you count the goings-on at the Girls’ School Up North. Even that isn’t as exciting as it should be. Why? Because, perversely, I don’t want the Criminoles to get punished off the field. Wednesday February 25, 2009. A lot of people are making quite a fuss about what happened at One Buc on that day. About how four veterans were shown the door. Including one gentleman who no one, anywhere, in the whole wide world thought would ever have to be shown the way out. (more…)
